Reiki
This is an ancient method of natural healing. It channels universal energy and aids the natural healing process. I am a Reiki Master/Teacher and I have seen many remarkable effects. It is an intensely spiritual experience and one which many people find beautiful, relaxing and therapeutic.
I trained in this discipline because it forms a basis for my relationship with energy, the universe and the loving kindness that I regard as the basic principle of therapeutic work.
I am happy to provide stand-alone Reiki sessions or to seamlessly incorporate elements of Reiki into hypnotherapy.
Cost: £40.00 per session (lasting approximately one hour)
Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is a natural state that reduces the immediate impact of the conscious mind.
We work with your subconscious to influence the deep-seated programmes that have developed over the years but which, in some cases, may have become less helpful. This is a joint exercise between you, the client, and us as the facilitator.
Hypnotherapy can have a transformative and lasting effect. Among the conditions presented to us are fears and phobias, anxiety, stress, difficulties coping with specific circumstances and trauma, panic attacks and behavioural issues.
Most people find it incredibly relaxing and enjoyable.
Cost: £80.00 per session (lasting about one hour). The initial consultation is free.
Past Life Regression
This is part of hypnotherapy and is of particular interest to me. I am a fully qualified Practitioner in Past Life Regression and hold a diploma specifically on the subject. I also have specific insurance for it.
Some fears, phobias and behaviour patterns may be very deep-seated and using hypnotherapy may not reveal the original source of the problem. There exists, with some people, a belief that the physical body is just a vessel and the spirit occupies it for this life. Life is a learning experience and one may have many incarnations. An event may have happened in a previous life which was not resolved and keeps returning as a fear, phobia or behavioural reaction that causes distress. By returning to the original event it may be possible to complete and resolve that event. It's effect (the phobia) then ceases to exist in this and future lifetimes.
Some clients find this this a deeply significant therapy. Others are simply curious.Some believe the past life regression to be a spiritual journey while others interpret it to be a metaphorical experience. Both interpretations lead to an understanding and often a catharsis.

The reason that initial consultations are free is that I don't wish to have clients feel they are committed to accepting therapy. It is very much a partnership between therapist and client.
